The clearest evidence of how brutal the bear market in the resource space has been, is the inability of mining stocks to rally on good news.
There are obviously many companies within the sector who have no real prospects. But the market has done a poor job of differentiating the 'haves' and 'have nots'.
That will change, over time, and I believe NUG will be in that select group to finally demonstrate their promise.
