It's in the header you posted. "Xiaomi partners with blink A.I to integrate their night mode on their device using the snapdragon 888. I don't take that to mean the only AI for photos and video on the snapdragon 888 is from Blink AI.
Also take a look through Qualcomm's site, I don't see any mention of blink AI. I believe Xiaomi chose blink for their night mode and their technology is able to be used on snapdragon ship sets.
we do know ALIIS is ready for implementation from OEM and many of the snapdragon premium tier chipsets. New devices coming out now and in the future can have ALIIS on a snapdragon 888 chipset.
