Patent laws are not my thing. And certainly not the research required to discover something worth patenting. I have repeatedly seen small companies with highly valuable defensible patents get buried by legal abuse from much larger companies. I've also seen little pita companies ankle biting the big guys just to get a settlement. One Canadian company made their entire claim to fame around various patent strategies. Bunch of lawyers acting like claim jumpers during the gold rush. The name escapes me now. Is this too little too late? I have no idea. Filed in 2021 I see. Or a Hail Mary 60 yard blind toss into the end zone? Beats me. Good guess it's immaterial or it would at least get a shout out on the website or social media channels. I wonder if screaming like all get out and calling everyone involved useless incompetents will help? I suspect we'll see plenty of that hapless behavior.
