If the deal has leaked the price would be $10-15 ... i think people know things are happening for real now and this is why they are in a rush to buy because sooner buying the share at $1 might be a dream for many of us.

Settle down Alex...we have seen this all before. Although i must say the Brothers were a bit early selling some stock. But then on the flip side, i bet they are pleased with the results so far by the new BOD.
