Not all reverse takeovers end badly this one has been going on for quite some time granted it has been an odyssey getting any type of revenue here but that will all change this year for sure. Blade Optics while not successful was not entirely a waste it was the catalyst to all the imaging things that followed just like Poet platform was not a waste even though it did not achieve what it was ideally looking to do. Things evolve some hit the ground running others are taken on a roundabout detour. This company remains focused on the imaging AI and that is where the attention is and should be as a software hardware interactive product. The company should not look to manufacture anything but keep up to date with imaging AI software that seamlessly fits into hardware platforms with the onboarding of chip integration and have the chipset to support those chips.

That is just my two cents worth and as long as the company remains laser focused determined and passionate they will score big and keep doing so with sincerity and hard work!

Just in case you missed it, this is a divestiture of a previous business....essentially dormant....being spun out into a public company. It means immediate cash and some cash down the road.  They are in no way shape or form going to be operating Selten moving forward.  No issue with the rest of it...fair commentary
