just got my papers for the agm to be held on jan 10th 2023 question for the group (not dt please) point no 7 of page 2 (purposes) it says : to transact such other bussiness as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment therof. is this a standart point? or is this the extraordinary reason? is there a chance that we will be getting special news from this point on from here to ...more

If the meeting is in Ontario, I'd kick in for the ride in the rubber van to the homewood health centre from the annual meeting. I owned shares of homewood 35 years ago. It's a lovely place with nice people and mediocre food.
