I don't see a rabbit either. I see a company that did slightly better in the dead of summer than the dead of one of the worst winters in recent memory. Those results are awful.

Just noticed the last PR...debentures are convertible at holders discretion...so yup, a pretty big stick. When you consider that BoC prime is about to hit 50bp, well 11% is pretty expensive debt ...more
