At tis prices Nordex is a sold cadidate for leveraged buyout. If King James had any brains he would already have tried. Sure enough that is unlikely if B&D and friends own more than 10%. Zuckers ...more

There is little chance that they can take Nordex private.

Over 90% of the shares have to be submitted for purchase myself and several friends own enough to prevent Nordex from going private. besides the way the agreements are written if Nordex was taken over ...more
