Insiders whether they are JZT, directors or officers SHOULD NOT BE BUYING from the end of the quarter and until 2 days after the results are released. To do so is unlawful and causes harm to all ...more

No tangible explanation of what caused the loss. Net Income For the year ended December 31, 2013, Nordex recorded a loss before tax of $147,067. There was a provision for income tax of $38,178. This ...more

I personally do not think that Moody's got this right. Nordex's bank seems to agree with me or they wouldn't have increased their credit lines as well as dropping the interest rates ...more

Nordex is required to file their Annual Statements by April 30th. Usually they file close to this deadline. Head office has never been organized enough to get them out sooner. Jim Taylor would blame ...more
