RE:RE:RE:From AYA release yesterday post

RE:RE:RE:From AYA release yesterday postAs expcted and posted yesterday, the deal closed.  Now NYX generates and claims the CWH and CRYP revenues going forward. Wondering if in the mid-term, the debt will be converted to equity? Always a possibility.

As I've said for awhile now, I just want NYX to do their thing and grow organically. They have enough to digest. I'm very interested to see how much free cash flow they will have going forward. Pay down debt and make this a cash generating machine.

On another note, the price went down with low volume and is going up on low volume. The only people buying and selling now are retail investors who have been burned over the last few weeks of bearish Cdn markets. I'm interested to see how much insiders and management hold now. The last investor update in April said 80% owned by institutions and management (insiders).  The last financing I'm sure found its way into retail investors who were sold a bag of candy for 4.45. I'm not thinking many will sell until we're above that point.

Level 2 also has very few lined up to buy and sell. This can go either way depending on general market sentiment. The company is doing well and churning a steady revenue stream. Now it's more external concerns keeping a lid on the stock. Profits change that in the medium to long run.
