Spot on ! NYX will pretty much benefit from the decrease GBP short term. 

They will list on the TSX in september, Matt talked about it last may after the Open bet acquisition. He will probably update it in Q2.

And I agree with you also, Matt Davey will go in London ASAP. I think he is focusing on integrating Open bet but it won't be long IMO.
