It's hard to know if they are just milking the company for a salary or if they actually have a plan to improve the share value. Will they just let the Arizona debt bankrupt the company and take it ...more

I have to agree with you. At conversion the note holders will have about 6.7 million shares ($2,000,000/$0.30). Adding that to the current shares outstanding would total almost 30,000,000 shares ...more
