The Santo Tomas project is a copper porphyry deposit defined by 106 diamond drill and reverse circulation drill holes totaling approximately 30,000 m.

I agree 100%. These guys are not here to dump their holdings for 1.30$. They need cash to exercise warrants or options and also they need cash sometime for tax bills on capital gain etc...
