RE:RE:RE:Didn't know that!Anchore you are forgeting the greed factor of institutions. When copper is above 4$ and this is one of the largest discory on the planet at this time, I think you will be able to thrash institutions all you want in a video, they will buy. The next wave of investors is here already, its the eyeballs and the people who put in the PP, including some institutions.

M should have asked for stock instead.

At buyout, his payment from his unexcercised warrants will be taxed as ordinary income instead of capital gains (unless he exercises ... which I doubt he will as it is a semi-large capital base to cover) as a US resident.

I am always rooting for M. But I do hope he has a securities lawyer. If things go sour, none of his videos will play well, the affiliation will appear more suspect, and he would have opened himself up to a bunch of assh*les who will likely sue.

Lastly, I do hope he softens his tone against institutionals in his videos. They ARE the next big investors that will drive the stock higher. Am virtually certain sell-side research for institutions is on the way, and the fragile egos of big institutions will gag at his videos before even giving the investment opportunity a chance. And they will be sharks if things go sour once again.
