Didn't know that!
Was doing some DD on the financials of Oroco, how they raised capital over the last years, etc.
I didn't know that Mariusz was involved so heavily with the last 2 private placements as he received following finder's fee warrants during the last 2 private placements (it's on Oroco's website):
09/12/2020 (raised $15.480.000) : 70.000 warrants, expiry date 08/12/2022, exercise price of $1,2
15/09/2020 (raised $7.260.000): 575.000 warrants, already expired due to SP clause, exercise price of $0,6
Given today's stock price ($1,95), that's about $825.000 "given" to him for his services - so clearly there is conflict of interest at play when he "promotes" this stock.
This is just to say that you should ALWAYS do your own due diligence and not blindly trust in other people.
PS: the above post is just a fact and not some kind of insinuation that he is lying or overestimating the stock price.
I actually like Mariusz his videos and investment advice and bought some of his books.

The video you were referring to 1 post ago... not that it matters but if you're claiming facts you might as well post references to verify. And quite obviously Oroco mentiined it on their site, it's what I said in my original post. Not sure if I'm trusting that memory of yours... anyhow, if you want you can get one go at me and then we'll stop this stupid discussion ;)

sprengo, everyone here on this board knows that M raised money and got compensated. The fact he got warrants instead of cash is a great sign.

Anchore you are forgeting the greed factor of institutions. When copper is above 4$ and this is one of the largest discory on the planet at this time, I think you will be able to thrash institutions all you want in a video, they will buy. The next wave of investors is here already, its the eyeballs and the people who put in the PP, including some institutions.

Sure. But there is a reason why the Company is working to initiate sell-side coverage, has worked behind the scenes with institutionals for funding. The cycle always goes Smart Retail -> Smart Institionals -> Dumb Instituonals -> Dumb Retail. Though rather than dumb retail as the ultimate exit here, hopefully a strategic steps in.

To be clear, I don't believe that M has done anything wrong and I also don't fully believe that his videos have that much reach to be such a concern. I am semi-spit balling.
