Very glad to read that, all around, you had such a favorable impression. While there, did you encounter any other investor types, who were also there for the 1st time and who also had such good impressions; or, alternatively, did you meet anyone who was not so favorably impressed ... and spoke about it?

Glad to read this regarding your impressions of the staff; very positive, I/we find. In the meantime, you really set the bait on the hook --- "You can look forward to much more news in the weeks to come and the overall mood is very positive and upbeat. More soon!" --- but, for now, after saying that, I hope that you are not going to let it just hang there without at least a smidgen of elaboration, yes?
Is everyone down there, as you mention, simply positive and upbeat as a matter of general disposition, or, is it because of some of this forthcoming news that we are all "soon" to hear? "Soon: is this coming week ... yes?
In the meantime, I'll toss out my guess as to why they are all so upbeat: the local hotels are booked with Cu-majors' technical staff ... who have been sent there to evaluate the ST property. [What do I win?]
