Ya, been here a while too. But seriously how would they drill anyting without money??? Last time I checked there is no money tree and projects dont pay for themselfs lol. No fincance = nothing.  The float is small enough that they can afford to dilute a little bit. They have real oil and gas people involved and they happen to be big shooters.

If this company was handed to you at this point what different would you do? Have you ever ran a public company or understand how one works. I havent but its quite clear they are doing the right things and headed in the right direction. The marker is as bad as it gets and Oracle is getting things done while others flounder ..
