ORACLE UPDATES STATUS OF TEXAS EAGLEFORD ASSET ACQUISITION Oracle Energy Corp.'s Oracle Oil and Gas LLC has provided an update on the status of the previously announced process for acquiring Eagleford assets.
Oracle's news release dated Nov. 13, 2018, advised that the required Oct. 31, 2018, payment of $250,000 (U.S.) toward acquisition of the HBP assets was not completed. Oracle further advises that the required Nov. 21, 2018, payment of $200,000 (U.S.) toward acquisition of the mineral rights was also not completed.
Oracle is continuing discussions with potential investors regarding financing for the acquisition of Eagleford assets."
