RE:RE:Warens another 200k + bought last week...We need to wait for the PEA study.. It is worth noting, that production would still be about four years away, by then anything can happen ! The long term outlook for Zinc looks very bright, it’s through periods of uncertainty such as these, that buying opportunities are created. Personally, I am still adding to my position as I am seeing something unique at Pine Point, from remarkable concentrates to a series of high grade open pits. If compared to Darnley Bay’s PEA, 4% Zinc was highly profitable, OM has successfully increased grades to ~6.5% based on historical data only. If exploration results generate 10-15% grades as anticipated, combining this with exceptional metallurgy, enables the use of new technologies such as XRT sorting, which can almost double head grades by sorting the mineralization, essentially reducing CAPEX & OPEX. IMO PPMC can survive bear markets, this doesn’t seem like an optionality play but more like a mine ready to be in production within current environment.. Once again, PEA will tell but I am a buyer at this level, regardless low Zinc prices can only be short lived as it simply isn't sustainable.
