Like all contingency agreements I have seen this will be non-negotiable. Not in terms of performance that is for sure. B&H have shuffled a lot of paper on this and displayed their prowess before several judges to no avail. With 8 years of time invested leading up to this most important trial B&H had better have a large hydro bill to account for burning the midnight oil. Maybe Mr. Bangkokboy has the right idea after all.
