As for an SJ being used to delay this all I can say is, what about the last 9 years? Count how many delays have occurred without an SJ and you get the idea that Citrix has played this perfectly. The costs associated with Citrix losing this case are too high for Citrix to ignore finding every last loophole to delay. I also stopped subscribing to established odds on completion of any part of our case, hasn't helped us much before.
