slag, the fact that One did not go after an Appeal speaks volumes about not going after anybody else until the Citrix case was finished. Just because it looked like a slam dunk didn't mean it was. In Canada 30 days is all you get to launch an Appeal so I am unsure what mechanism makes the US system different to allow the option to remain open almost 2 years later. The last curve in the road coming up, now let's have the Markman and finish this one way or another.
