RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:summary judgementslag, the fact that One did not go after an Appeal speaks volumes about not going after anybody else until the Citrix case was finished. Just because it looked like a slam dunk didn't mean it was. In Canada 30 days is all you get to launch an Appeal so I am unsure what mechanism makes the US system different to allow the option to remain open almost 2 years later. The last curve in the road coming up, now let's have the Markman and finish this one way or another.
