RE:RE:Blues Story Is ..............That is certainly an important issue slag as when will the judge decide enough of the delays already. This isn't saying the Judge is soft on any particular side in the case only that she is there to serve the delivery of justice and 9 years on justice has yet to be delivered, but it will. If I remember right Judge Aldrich was notified by ONE that delays might put us out of business so it is on record as I remember it. Despite the delays I still really like our chances to having the case heard soon and the Judge respecting timelines and making it happen. Financing is being worked on that I am sure of as Appeals will need to be dealt with. imo
