What lawsuit blue?  IF THERE IS A LAWSUIT, there are two prime areas: patent infringement and breach of contract. Patent infringfement: we know 01 has filed for patents on their newer technology.  I hope they learned from the prior fiasco and hire a company/firm steeped in IP litigation strategy.
