CGX Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration company. The Company is focused on the exploration of oil in the Guyana-Suriname Basin and the development of a deep-water port in the Berbice, Guyana. I think that is why the vote was put in place...to buy time and to give the shareholders an opportunity at a veto...if we on Jag, then this becomes a loan and then the games begin...financing to re-pay $30M would be easy to find,...especially with the increased resources...almost 1.2 billion barrels of oil...let's hope the bridge holds...then who else decides to show interest...let's hope for a bidding war.
