HOW ARE YOU GOING TO VOTE? Assumption...

HOW ARE YOU GOING TO VOTE? Assumption...

Jameelqns,

I agree with your voting strategy but not your assumtion about a bad decision on ES... this is based the assumption that at the time, there was a rig, able to handle the high pressures and temperatures of ED, available within the time constraints of the 2012 license agreement...

My assumption is that CGX has been looking at there chess board for a long time...there are no dummies around the table...the plan for the PP has been in the works for months if not years and it was designed with "if statements" included so as to accomodate both possible scenarios at every milesone...

This next step is also planned the same way, based on possible de-risking events right up until the AGM...ergo the vote...I think that in order to get the sweet deal. PRE had to agree to let the shareholders decide on PP or loan, pending the various pieces of news that may or may not be released before the AGM...I will be voting along the same guidelines that you have described...

Good luck to you and all CGX longs
