Nice Yield- Anybody see any problems?Just came across this small fast growing reit. Nice 9% yield. Seem to be generating enough FFo to fund distribution. Looks like as long as interest rates stay low they can continue to grow through accretive acquisitions. Seems like their past is a little complicated with league assets owning a large chunk of the reit and they are acquiring another entity. i worry a bit about the price they are paying for some assets with low cap rates. Are they arms length transactions? Anyone have any informed opinions?
