Wow! What a bloody mess this reit has become. I am along term holder and continue to hold despite the apparent mismanagement. The Orange boys are heavy hitters and will definitely shake things up a bit. They are pissed and will be aggressively trying to knock McCowan down and make some money off this reit. This definitely hurts McCowans reputation and the independent trustees will get their asses sued for allowing these related party transactions to go ahead. I would not want Orange as an enemy. Not sure why McCowan has been such a useless manager since he took over but it will be interesting to see what happens. the knives always come out if an asset loses close to half its value in a short period.
