The Rights trading at 8 to 10 cents, is very rediculous
to me. I think that the low values are being driven by the lack of activity on the unit's side. It seems that the units are trading at low prices without any volume. This should change dramatically when the rights are put into the accounts. My theory is that when all the rights are handed out, the units will trade much more aggressively and thereby increase the trading value of the rights.
