The only person that sees undisclosed value for PAR is
Moray and McCowan. They must think that the real value is at least $5.50. The every day guy has to think hard to buy these units at 3.38. I think the value comes about, by selling the REIT to a real estate Company where leverage is appreciated. Moray, will soon have Control of this outfit, and maybe that's our salvation.
