on, were are going to see a friendly take over occurring. The price of the units relative to real estate values points to a take out. Its to good to be true, just watch what Moray and McCowan. These guys know that based on real estate value, the units are way understated they will steal this project. If you look at other takeovers, what them profitable is that they are bought as REIT's, and then the are sold as real estate by the counter parties. We are going to rock and roll so get ready for a lot of movement. One other fact is that 2017 is by far exceptional when it comes to mortgage renewals, I believe $170MM. Their is a potential to pick up some cash flow, when the refinancing takes place, another reason why this REIT is a takeover target.
