RE:RE:RE:Acquires Brazilian gold producer Will see what else I can find, but what I have looked at so far, it looks to have good prospects. It looks like the first management team did an overly generous gold stream deal to get the plant built, then vastly overspent before production was proven up. The company could never get ahead of the debt, not enough funds to pay gold stream, accumulated debt and advance mining. It looks like they will have all of that sorted out with the listing on the TSX.. What I have seen the grades are crazy.
