RE:PAV STILL halted. Still in a halt, for now, everything has been untangled, it was a big job for sure, but done now. The team on the ground in Brazil have been working on a solid plan for when the money starts to flow. In fact, I believe they are looking at equipment today. That will be revealed at relisting I would think.
The head Geo, Paulo Aguirre, when he was working as head of exploration for Anglo, was a big supporter of the proposed Joint Venture that Anglo walked away from, after already putting in millions, when it went into administration in Australia. The RTO will happen in the first quarter of 2021, but production will resume well before that.
Those of us that put into the convertible note to keep the doors open, have now received the documentation to convert our money into stock. The documents had to be returned by the 30th of December. I sent mine back yesterday and received confirmation from the company lawyer that all was in order.
As some might have realised by now, the company behind the project has a much wider plan than this one project. This project will slot very nicely into the overall strategy to become a major gold producer in Brazil. It has taken a massive amount of work over the past 18 months to get to the position we are in today, and that position will become clear over the next few months.
