The FDA has determined that some of the company’s CBD products are ‘unapproved new drugs’ and are ‘misbranded drugs’. The FDA has raised fundamentally similar issues with the company’s pet products. Introducing these products for interstate commerce violates the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic (FD&C) Act
This is really bad news for companies such as Creso / Pharmaceillo as well as many other CDB suppliers.
