Summer Drilling near Brooks
Summer Drilling near BrooksEastern Irrigation District is not allowing PCP or any oil company to drill on their grazing leases this summer for two months or more (depending on the location ) because of the extreme dry conditions. Cattle will not be on the leases before June 1. EID also recently recieved payment of six figures from PCP. This was for a large number of wells which used water during drilling over the several years but had not been declared by PCP.
