VIVO Cannabis Inc (OTCMKTS: VVCIF) elected four directors Eric Shipman, Ray Laflamme, Michael Bumby, and Holly Workman, to its director board in an AGM. AGM is held on July 5, 2021. Michael Bumby is the CFO of Vivo Cannabis, whereas Laflamme is the president and founder of its subsidiary – Canna Farms Limited.

Background of directors

Eric will contribute over 40 years of experience in the advisory role of real estate/ software developers, film producers, financiers, and entrepreneurs. He also got expertise in documenting and negotiating complex commercial transactions and contracts, mergers, and reorganizations. Eric also served as a member of several companies’ boards and audit committees.

Holly worked as a consultant/ contractor for 30 years. She focused on combining transactional OS (operating systems) with their respective corporate counterparts during the previous stints. Laflamme is pleased with the board outcome at today’s AGM. He will be the chair of the board besides the new CEO. Vivo maintains solid relationships and assets in Canada and worldwide. Laflamme is excited about the inclusion of Mike, Holly, and Eric on the director board.

Strives to improve profitability and revenues

Vivo Cannabis developed this product under Robert Foldes (President Product Development), in collaboration with topical cannabis formulation, dermatology, and manufacturing companies. Robert is pleased to contribute his R&D experience of topical prescription products to cure various skin ailments. Topical cannabis products provide quick relief for symptoms like inflammation and localized pain.
