In exchange for the licensing and management services, One Eleven will be paid a management fee and receive a 10% share of the Net Profits from the managed operation.

One wonders what the new plan to get licencing, or if One Eleven was cut out to save the 10% management fees, or did the money not show up from Camarico for one eleven to proceed, or did One eleven not get their licence in place in order to proceed with company, anyone's guess.
It does sounds like some funding was given, in which Camarico is walking away from... very interesting.
