RE:Anyone have any ideas around the news causing the halt?1)  Won't cause a halt unless they go insolvent, agreed.

2)  Yeah not likely, agreed.

3)  They don't need a building for hemp license if they grow outside - georgetown permit being reinstated wouldn't really support a halt either, agreed.

4)  Not likely in my opinion.  More likely this is an insider sale (they need to get rid of Mac, or another shareholder may want to exit because of priveleged information that the public isn't privy to yet.  This would absolutely support a halt, and it would involve an insider trade to exit the partner.  They may or may not do a reverse split as well, to get the shell financed - but they probably need to exit Mac first.  Again, I think additional financing is not likely yet.
