RE:Michael Cristinziano added to the PFM board Exactly this. As the note from the analyst says, there is no need for a public entity to exist that exclusively does mobile forms. Not to say that there isn't a need for this business, but this company is a highly suitable takeout target. It's just a matter of time.
I'm getting in (and have been) at these prices. I can't see management selling for less than double what this company is worth today, especially considering it's tighly held by insiders. Buy, hold and wait on this one - it's an easy minimum double :)
