RE:RE:RE:RE:Sorry for the stupid question There seems to be some hesitation by some as they think the only way to close the SSI trasnaction will be with an equity raise. 

At this point about 2.5 weeks after the deal was announced with closing within 30 days or so, I am getting more confident that they have done this without needing to do a raise. Fundamentally the stock should be higher, but if you are afraid there might be a raise, I can see that it would be difficult to chase the stock given it is up 50% since the deal was announced.

To me, CFO buying in the low and mid 30s shows a lot of confidence as well.
