Sorry for the stupid question

As a new investor in PHA I wanted to check out the movement . I noticed zero movement today on the TSX . Can someone fill me in in the reason please. It's not a holiday that I can see.

Stock is usually thinly traded - no volume today since people sitting on the bid do not want to reach for the ask, and people on the ask do not want to sell into the bid. So, a stalemate so far.

Liquidity is an issue. It will be hard for someone to accumulate a position without moving the stock substantially especially now it appears like the seller is done. I suspect on announcement of close this will move quickly

Only reason I'm getting invested in this company is the purchase of SSI. As long as the deal is finalized it's a game changer for PHA. I know the company (SSI) very well and I know the position this will put PHA. I am surprised absolutely no movement today. Odd though. I guess I'll find out more by Monday.

There seems to be some hesitation by some as they think the only way to close the SSI trasnaction will be with an equity raise.  At this point about 2.5 weeks after the deal was announced with closing within 30 days or so, I am getting more confident that they have done this without needing to do a raise. Fundamentally the stock should be higher, but if you are afraid there might be a raise,
