Not impressed with the press release

Not impressed with the press release The deal will be finalized by end of 2023. This sounds a lot more than approximately 45 days?

Did i read correctly over 400,000 shares as a bonus at $0.80 cents. Or did i misread that?

Hopefully i misunderstood both. Profits of 27% was nice to see. That will increase with SSI and profits as a whole will increase. Not liking the delay. Has me wondering if they had the capital when they signed the agreement

Any thoughts ?
