Not impressed with the press release

The deal will be finalized by end of 2023. This sounds a lot more than approximately 45 days?

Did i read correctly over 400,000 shares as a bonus at $0.80 cents. Or did i misread that? 

Hopefully i misunderstood both. Profits of 27% was nice to see. That will increase with SSI and profits as a whole will increase. Not liking the delay. Has me wondering if they had the capital when they signed the agreement

Any thoughts ?

The deal will be finalized by end of PHA's financial year, which is not the end of 2023.  It is September 30, 2023.

All reads good to me, CHCA down a bit but Quebec looking a lot less dire than Bill 10 might imply. EBITDA at over $10 million annual run rate right now. I also was a little worried about 45 day timing, but seems in progress to close by the end of september. My most important takeaway is the note that they expect to finance with lenders, and a global redo of the debt probably makes sense since it ...more

Does anyone know what % of the Quebec revenues are from Northern/remote communities?  60% of revenue outside Quebec going forward.  40% in. Is 50% of that 40 in these remote and largely unaffected by Bill 10 areas?
