Do we know if people are using slyce?
Do we know if people are using slyce?We haven't heard much regarding how much people are unlocking their phone, opening the neiman marcus app, navigating to the photo function within the app, then using slyce.
It just seems like so much customer friction. If this company is going to survive we need to know how many purchases have actually taken place using the feature.
It doesn't help that basically nobody downloads and uses a retailer app. Neiman Marcus has 80 reviews. If we are generous we could say that one review = 100 people, which means there are 8,000 people have the neiman marcus app. How many of those people are going through the process I have described above?
We need the management to tell us how many people are using slyce to buy goods. It's the only number that really matters and I can't find it in the financials.
