i dont know about this deal, but KRN had a similiar thing-- and it was all BS  -- would you not first buy 10% and then offer maybe a 200 % premium and then maybe up it a bit..  this company is still losing a ton of money..   I think they issue this press release because they are loaded up on the stock and then they dump on this press release to get out...   I dont know if that is the case, but seen it a few times..
