Uppgard offer

Uppgard offerJust saw a tweet that they upped the offer to buy 270 million shares but I can't find the news release. This makes sense as they would now have over 50% of the shares and take control of the Company. I still don't 100% believe, but I am getting more optimistic. Hoping for the best. Good luck all.
