The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Usually you want the warrants to be exercised because it raises capitol and is a bullish indicator for the company. Dilution occurs but if the stock keeps rising because of fundamentals that's not an issue. I realize that this situation is different (and that's bothers me I don't own any of the b warrants but my sympathy to the ones that do) but I have no control over these affairs such as takeovers or good drill results. I do believe this management is capable of continued success a bit of luck couldn't hurt either. We will see if the market agrees over the next few months.
