The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Sorry, I'm not going to bet where PTA is in June.  I have no idea where it will be in June.  I have a longer timeframe than that.  I'm happy to take the same bet for the close on 12/31/14 if you'd like to and have enough patience.  A close at 35 cents would be more than a 10% gain in 8 months.  That's a fair bet if you want it.  I'll even be sporting and offer you the bet at 40 cents for 12/31/14, which woud be an excess return by any  reasonable standard (except for the 75 cent warrant holders).
