RE:RE:RE:Memo to management$2.87 is an overreaction (speculation) by the market to the potential of GaAs that was shelved by the current management as being too long term and costly to develop right now on the tight resources available to them back during that time (era). Current management chose to go with something more compatible to the market to accomodate / extend silicon technolgy into photonics (as the lower hangin fruit). It is a long process as it would be for any small company developing industry-firsts with their novel technology.
As to why no offers have been made to buy Poet? For the best answer maybe you should pose that question to them. Oh I forgot, would you be a large investor in Poet with 390K shares that seems to prefer to ridicule managment and the company as you don't seemto believe or trust in management to execute then? Really? Then why are you here.
