RE:RE:New Press Release - POET Technologies Issues Letter to ShareholdersYeah saying it was a challenging year for pre-revenue microcap companies to raise money is a cop-out.  There is a long list of such companies in the AI sector that had no trouble raising money this year.  Poet was an exception...why didn't Suresh address the real reason they are having trouble raising money, why insiders are not buying at these levels and the decreasing involvement of institutional investors. Getting rid of the CFO and hiring someone with real business savey would go a long ways to fixing things.  Unfortunately we don't know the details of Mikas contract and the financial penalty for letting him go.
